THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS BEING MADE PURSUANT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF RULE 19.6(C) OF THE CITY CODE ON TAKEOVERS AND MERGERS (THE "CODE") WHICH, INTER ALIA, REQUIRES A PARTY TO AN OFFER TO MAKE AN ANNOUNCEMENT AT THE END OF THE PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS FROM THE DATE ON WHICH THE OFFER PERIOD ENDED CONFIRMING WHETHER IT HAS TAKEN, OR NOT TAKEN, THE COURSE OF ACTION SET OUT IN ITS STATED INTENTIONS

which is an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of European Property Investors Special Opportunities 6 SCSp- SICAV-SIF ("Bidder Fund"), a fund advised by Tristan Capital Partners ("TCP").
Rule 19.6(c) confirmation with respect to post-offer intention statements regarding easyHotel Limited
Bidco refers to its acquisition of easyHotel Limited ("easyHotel") which was implemented by means of a recommended mandatory cash offer pursuant to Rule 9 of the Takeover Code and which became effective on 4 June 2025.  
 
Bidco announces that, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 19.6(c) of the Code, it has duly confirmed in writing to The Panel on Takeovers and Mergers that it has complied with its post-offer statements of intent made pursuant to Rules 2.7(c)(viii) and 24.2 of the Code, as originally set out in its announcement of 1 May 2025 and the Offer Document published on 13 May 2025.
 
Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, capitalised words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meanings given to them in the Offer Document.
