** Australian technology stocks .AXIJ rise as much as 0.8% to 3,029.80, a record high

** Shares of Microsoft MSFT.O and Meta Platforms META.O rose 9% and 11%, respectively, in extended trading after posting strong quarterly results

** ASX-listed shares of Life360 360.AX LIF.O rise over 2% to become the top benchmark percentage gainer

** Shares of Megaport MP1.AX rise 1.6% to A$14.82

** YTD, AXIJ up 10.5%
