** Shares of Megaport  MP1.AX advance as much as 3.44% to A$14.730, their highest since November 13

** Stock among the tech subindex .AXIJ which is up 3%

** Network-as-a-Service provider announces completion of the acquisition of Latitude.sh at an upfront consideration of $150 mln

** Latitude.sh is a Compute-as-a-Service platform, delivering automated infrastructure to help customers scale workloads

** Stock has nearly doubled in value, rising 96.1% so far this year
