 * Says the company entered into the subscription agreements with the subscribers 
 * Maximum gross proceeds from the subscriptions will be hk$106.6 million 
 * agreed to allot and issue a total of 375.3 million subscription shares at the subscription price of hk$0.284 per subscription share
