Nov 2 (Reuters) - U-Home Group Holdings Ltd  2327.HK : 
 * Pursuant to the LOI, the company proposes to acquire 25% of the issued share 
   capital of the target company 
 * Company entered into a letter of intent with La Clinique De Paris 
   International Ltd 
 * Says pre-money valuation of the target company will be in the sum of HK$150 
   million 
 * Says company is also exploring the option of acquiring the majority stake of 
   the target company in future 
 * Resumption of trading in the shares of the company from 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 
   3 November 2015
