    ** Co says investigational gene therapy shows clinically
meaningful improvements in early-stage study to treat
radiation-induced xerostomia or dry mouth
    ** Dry mouth or xerostomia is one of the most common
complications during and after radiotherapy for head and neck
cancer
    ** Therapy increases saliva flow rates and appears safe and
well tolerated at each dose tested - MGTX
    ** Co intends to initiate mid-stage trial in H1 2023
    ** Stock down 72% YTD
