Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility in accordance with Article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596/EU) ("MAR")

The Company announces that it has been informed that Mary Petryszyn, Non-executive Director, purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 in the Company (the "Shares") on 3 March 2026 at a price of 559.20 pence per Share.

In total, Ms Petryszyn holds an interest of 20,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.002% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).
