Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility

On 19 March 2026, Peter Dilnot, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, was granted an Award under the Melrose 2024 Performance Share Plan (the "MPSP"). Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning given in the rules of the MPSP originally adopted on 2 May 2024, as amended from time to time.

Peter Dilnot's award was granted over 591,205 Shares, which were granted in the form of an Option with a nil Option Price and will Vest on 19 March 2029 subject to the achievement of performance conditions over the vesting period.

The notification of dealing form can be found below. The relevant disclosures set out below are provided in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/214 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
