The Company announces that it has been informed that Chris Grigg, Non-executive Chair, and his wife Fionna Grigg jointly purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 in the Company (the "Shares") on 16 June 2026 at a price of 472.19 pence per Share. In total, Mr Grigg and his wife jointly hold an interest of 83,637 Shares in the Company.
