The Company announces that it has been informed that on 18 March 2015 Liz Hewitt, non-executive Director, purchased 420 Ordinary Shares of 7/55 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 290.79 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Ms Hewitt holds an interest of 24,202 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.002% of the issued share capital of the Company.
