Notification of transactions of directors, persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) or connected parties in accordance with Article 19(1) of MAR
The Company announces that it was today informed that David Lis, non-executive Director, bought the following Ordinary Shares of 48/7 pence each in the Company on 2 September 2016: 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 151.7835 pence per share; 23,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 151.6661 pence per share; and 3,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 151.46 pence per share. Following these transactions Mr Lis now holds an interest of 433,997 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.023% of the issued share capital of the Company.
