Notification of transactions of directors, persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) or closely associated persons in accordance with Article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation
The Company announces that it was today informed that Justin Dowley, non-executive Director, bought 610 Ordinary Shares of 48/7 pence each in the Company, in accordance with the terms of the Melrose Dividend Reinvestment Plan and pursuant to the terms of a trading plan entered into on 3 April 2013. These shares were purchased on 7 September 2016 at a price of 1.52005 per share. Following this transaction Mr Dowley now holds an interest of 1,050,670 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.0556% of the issued share capital of the Company.
