Transaction in Own Shares

 

The Company announces today it has purchased the following number of its
ordinary shares of £0.001 each through Investec Bank plc ("Investec").

Ordinary Shares

 Date of purchase:                               5(th) August 2025
 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:  1,969
 Lowest price per share (pence):                 550.60
 Highest price per share (pence):                550.80
 Weighted average price per day (pence):         550.7554

 

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

 

Following the above transaction, the Company has 40,873,726 ordinary shares in
treasury and has 1,270,601,595 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury
shares).
