Transactions in own shares and Disposal Completion

 

Further to our announcement on 6 June 2022 and following receipt of the
required regulatory approval, Melrose Industries plc (the Company) confirms
that the sale of Ergotron completed yesterday.

 

The Company also announces today it has purchased the following number of its
ordinary shares of 160/21 pence each on the London Stock Exchange through
Investec Bank plc.

 Lowest price per share:              148.6500
 Highest price per share:             153.3000
 Weighted average price per day:      151.2871

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

 

Following the above transaction, the Company will have 4,222,842,945 ordinary
shares in issue.
