ASX-listed Visioneering Technologies rises on Menicon tie-up

** Shares of Visioneering Technologies  VTI.AX  rise as much
as 2.9% to A$0.07, their highest since May 16
    ** The U.S.-based medical device co, through unit, enters
into agreement with Japan's largest contact lens manufacturer,
Menicon Co  7780.T 
    ** Under agreement, Menicon will market and sell VTI's
NaturalVue MF contact lenses in Europe
    ** Nearly 752,500 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average of 374,900
    ** Stock down ~56% this year, as of last close
