Recommended for the approval of the shareholders, through Postal Ballot and e-voting, the issue of fully paid Bonus Shares in the proportion of 1 (One) Bonus Equity Share of Re.1/- (Rupee One only) each for every 5 (Five) fully paid-up Equity Shares of Re. 1/- (Rupee One only) each.
