    * FY sales surprisingly exceeded level of 160 million euros ($179.4 million) (previous 
year: 140.0 million euros; up 14 pct) 
    * FY net profit after minority shares remained level at approx. 3.8 million euros (previous 
year: 3.7 million euros) 
    * FY operating profit EBITDA climbed to about 12.8 million euros (previous year: 10.9
