Mercantile Ports & Logistics Limited (AIM: MPL), which is operating and continuing to develop a port and logistics facility in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, announces that that on 9 March 2026, Jeremy Warner Allen, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has transferred, via sale and purchase (the "Transfer"), Ordinary Shares into his ISA. Mr Allen sold 3,827,494 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.313 pence and purchased 3,827,494 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.314 pence to be held in his ISA.

Following the transfer, Mr Allen's beneficial shareholding remains unchanged at 3,827,994 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
