Mercantile Ports & Logistics Limited (AIM: MPL), which is operating and
continuing to develop a port and logistics facility in Navi Mumbai,
Maharashtra, India, announces that as detailed in the announcement dated 8
June 2023 and further to admission of the Placing Shares, Subscription Shares
and Retail Offer Shares today, the Board of MPL beneficially hold Ordinary
