Notice of Interim Results

 

Mercia Asset Management PLC (AIM: MERC), the regionally focused, private capital asset manager with c.£2.0billion of assets under management, will announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2025 on Tuesday 2 December 2025.

 

An analyst webcast will be given at 9.30am on the day of results. Analysts wishing to register are asked to contact mercia@fticonsulting.com.

 

In addition, as part of its continuing commitment to open communication with all shareholders, Mercia is pleased to announce that it will also provide a live presentation and Q&A via the Investor Meet Company platform, at 3.00pm on the same day.
