Transfer of Treasury Shares

 

 

Mercia Asset Management PLC (AIM: MERC), the regionally focused, private
capital asset manager with c.£2.0billion of assets under management,
announces that on 15 August 2025, the Company transferred 13,332 Ordinary
shares of 0.001p ("Ordinary Shares") from treasury to satisfy the exercise of
employee share options.

 

The Company confirms that as at 18 August 2025, its issued share capital
consisted of 431,193,902 Ordinary Shares, all with voting rights. In addition,
13,337,728 shares are currently held in treasury. The total number of voting
rights in the Company as at 18 August 2025 is therefore 431,193,902 and this
figure may therefore be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change in their interest in, to the Company.
