Germany's Merck KGaA: we are in contact with US to understand tariffs

BERLIN, Sept 26 (Reuters) - German maker of pharmaceuticals and lab gear Merck KGaA said on Friday that it is in contact with the U.S. government to learn more about planned tariffs on branded drugs.

"We are engaging with the U.S. administration to understand details of this tariff and impact on our business and the patients we serve," the company said.
