Urgent: E. Sun Financial to acquire Mercuries Life

TAIPEI, Nov 5 (Reuters) - E. Sun Financial 2884.TW, Taiwan's eighth-largest financial holding firm by assets, said on Wednesday it will acquire life insurance company Mercuries Life 2467.TW in an all-share deal. Under the deal, Mercuries Life shareholders will receive 0.2486 shares of E. Sun for every Mercuries Life share they own, E.Sun told a news conference.
