** Shares of Mercury NZ  MCY.NZ  fall 3.2% to NZ$6.145
    ** Stock fell as much as 3.8% to NZ$6.11 earlier in the
session, its lowest level since Jan 29
    ** The renewable electricity provider logs net loss after
tax NZ$67 million ($38.41 million) for HY2025 vs profit NZ$174
million last year
    ** Attributes loss to low hydro inflows contributing to
reduced generation
    ** More than 2.9 mln shares change hands, 7 times the 30-day
avg
    ** Stock up 4.4% YTD, including current session's moves
