CHANGE IN HOLDING BY A Significant Shareholder
Pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, Metminco Limited ("Metminco" or the "Company") (ASX: MNC; AIM: MNC) advises that it has today received notification from Lanstead Capital L.P. (Lanstead) of a change in its interest in the ordinary share capital of Metminco. 
 
Lanstead, who holds 71,768,608 ordinary shares in Metmico, advises that its voting power has reduced from 8.51% to 6.85% as a result of dilution due to the recent allotment and issue of 135 million ordinary shares by the Company pursuant to the placement announced on 4 October 2018 (the Placement).  
 
·     The change in substantial shareholding interest took place on 3 October 2018;
·     Lanstead did participate in the Placement; and
·     Lanstead has not disposed of any ordinary shares, as such the number of ordinary shares held by Lanstead in the Company has not changed.
