CEASING TO BE A Substantial Shareholder
Metminco Limited (the Company) (ASX: MNC; AIM: MNC) advises that today it received notice from Redfield Asset Management.Pty Limited as Trustee for the Redfield Asset Management Unit Trust, Mooncow Pty Ltd as trustee for the Mooncow Trust, Jesscat Pty Ltd as trustee for the Jesscat Superfund and Joel Isaac Redelman.(together "Redfield") that Redfield has reduced its shareholding in the Company from 10,970,464 ordinary shares representing 8.62% to 2,436,166 ordinary shares representing 1.92% of the Company's issued capital. Redfield divested 8,534,298 ordinary shares at an average price of $0.018 per share in a series of transactions between 12 March 2018 and 14 March 2018.
