CHANGE OF SHARE HOLDING
Metminco Limited (the Company) (ASX: MNC; AIM: MNC) announces that it received today a Notice of Change in Significant Shareholding from Lanstead Capital LP ("Lanstead").
Lanstead advise their shareholding in the Company is now 7.03% down from 8.09% due solely to the placement of 19,080,045 shares made by the Company on 28 March 2018. This share placement increased the number of shares in the Company from 127,200,299 to 146,280,344 ordinary fully paid shares. Lanstead have and still own 10,285,190 shares.
