Presentation
Metminco Limited (ASX & AIM: MNC) advises that its latest presentation has been released to the Australian Stock Exchange.

It should be noted that the shareholder percentages as quoted on slide 5 are the Top 20 shareholders as per the Australian share register and do not necessarily disclose the underlying beneficial shareholder.  In this context it is noted that Lanstead Capital L.P. is a significant shareholder of Metminco with a holding of 7.86% (see announcement dated 22 May 2018) but its holdings are held via nominee companies and not held directly, and therefore do not show in any Top 20 shareholding reports.
The Company also notes that the stated shareholdings for Osiris Capital Investments and Ocean View WA have been rounded up to 3% and they are therefore not significant shareholders for the purposes of the AIM Rules for Companies.  The Company also clarifies that the shareholding of Mr Nevres Crljenkovic, a significant shareholder, is approximately 4.4%, a decrease from 4.76% on an unchanged holding of 40,000,000 ordinary fully paid shares as a result of dilution associated with the placement announced 22 May 2018.
The company also notes a minor rounding error on page 5, whereby the total number of shares on issue should be 912.5m instead of 912.6m as stated.
