 * Public co ltd (clarification of media report on Mermaid subsea vessel under 
construction)  MMPC.SI  
 * Refers to article published in petrodaily subsea international edition titled 
"ultra deep solutions adds new DSCV to fleet" 
 * Delivery date for the vessel had been extended to 30 June 2017 
 * Mermaid is still evaluating its options with regard to the vessel 
 * To date, Mermaid has received interest from potential third parties in the 
vessel 
 * Clarify that its factually incorrect that ultra deep subsea was reported to 
have acquired new dp2 multipurpose vessel from Mermaid 
 * Clarify that it is incorrect that dp2 vessel is expected to be delivered from 
China merchants industry in Q1 2017
