Oct 19 (Reuters) - The benchmark S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite gained on Monday, as AI-related stocks rebounded from last week's sharp selloff, with easing oil prices providing additional support ahead of key earnings reports this week. .N
     
At  11:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 0.22% at 52,115.03.The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.87% at 7,726.47, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 1.71% at 26,586.99.
