Meta kicks off first euro bond sale LONDON, Nov 4 (Reuters) - Meta Platforms MET.O kicked off its first sale of bonds denominated in euros on Wednesday, a lead manager memo seen by Reuters showed.
Meta will sell the euro bonds over six tranches, ranging from 4 to 38 years, the memo said, with books now open.
The tech giant said on Tuesday it was raising $15 billion through a five-part US dollar bond offering, as the Facebook parent turns to debt markets to help finance accelerating investments in AI infrastructure.
