    ** Co says production at its new 1.8 million-tonne methanol
plant in Geismar, Louisiana has been delayed
    ** Says delay due to issues during late stages of start-up
process
    ** Commercial production could be delayed up to end of Q3;
total capital cost will not significantly exceed upper end of
capital cost forecast of $1.30 bln
    ** Including session losses, MX down 4.5% YTD
