June 19 (Reuters) - Euronext: 
    * Methanor  ALMET.PA  decided to proceed to a capital 
increase through issue of maximum number of 221,000 shares 
    * Issue price 5.25 eur per security 
    * Methanor capital increase has preferential subscription 
rights; subscription ratio 0.3995 new share for 1 right 
    * Methanor capital increase subscription period from June 24 
to July 7 inclusive
