("Metlen PLC" or the "Company")

Total Voting Rights

Following the announcement by Metlen PLC earlier this morning, confirming the
admission of its ordinary shares to the Official List and to trading on the
London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities and on the Regulated
Securities Market of the Athens Exchange ("Admission"), the Company notifies
the market of the following:

 

As at 4 August 2025, immediately after Admission, the issued share capital and
voting rights of Metlen PLC are as follows:

Therefore, the total voting rights following Admission are 129,024,224. This
figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they should determine whether they are required to notify their interest
in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rules.
