Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules 5.6.1R and 5.6.1A and Greek Law 3556/2007, the Company
notifies the market that the issued share capital and voting rights of Metlen
PLC as at 28 November 2025 were as follows:

notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under
the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
