FTSE Russell is aware of the recent primary placing by Metro Bank (UK, BZ6STL6, FTSE 250, GEIS Small Cap) and has noted that commencement of trading in the new shares is subject to shareholder approval at the General Meeting on Monday 3 June 2019.
