Notification of Transactions of Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Connected Persons
17th March 2016: In accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, Metro Bank PLC (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") in ordinary shares of 0.0001 each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares"): 
On 9 March 2016, Mr Alistair Gunn, a Non-Executive Director of the Company purchased 2,260 Shares at 22.00 each per Share as part of a personal investment savings plan. Following this transaction, Mr Gunn's shareholding has increased to 69,364 Shares, representing 0.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
