Notification of Transactions of Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Connected Persons
Metro Bank PLC (the "Company") was informed today of the following changes in the interests of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR's"), in the Ordinary Shares of the Company:
On 28 April 2016, Mr Stuart Bernau, a Non-Executive Director of the Company exercised 4,000 options granted on 7 October 2011 under the Metro Bank Long Term Reward CSOP 2011 at an option price of 9.00 per share and sold 4,000 shares resulting from the option exercise at a price of 20.30 per share.
Following this transaction, there was no change in Mr Bernau's beneficial holdings in the Company's Shares.
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
