Notification of Transactions of Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Connected Persons
Metro Bank PLC (the "Company") was informed today of the following changes in the interests of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR's"), in the Ordinary Shares of the Company:
On 16 June 2016, Mr Vernon W Hill, Chairman of the Company acquired 29,721 shares at a price of 20.00 per share.
Following this transaction, the shareholding of Mr Vernon W. Hill, II and his connected persons has increased to 4,749,220 Shares, representing 5.91% of the Company's issued share capital.
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
