April 12 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Friday.

The company said on Thursday it had implemented a buy-back
program for up to 500 million euros ($535.50 million).

Banco Santander SAN.MC , through an investment vehicle,
took 38.2% in the share capital of Melia's unit Adprotel Strand,

Separately, Melia will operate, under its brand Melia
Collection, a hotel in Spain's southern city of Ronda after an
investment of five million euros ($5.36 million) in its
refurbishment, according to Spanish newspaper Expansion. The
hotel is set to open in 2026, Expansion adds.

Metrovacesa said on Thursday it had signed a developer loan
and a line of guarantees with Banco Santander for about 14.1
million euros ($15.10 million) and about 5.7 million euros,

Soltec said on Thursday it had completed the sale of a 400
MW project under development in Brazil to a renewable energy

Iberdrola is looking for a partner to develop 200 megawatts
of installed capacity in data centres by 2030, an investment of
between 1.70 billion euros ($1.82 billion) and 2.00 billion
euros in the period, Spanish newspaper Expansion said on
Thursday, citing unidentified market sources. Iberdrola wants to
form a joint venture and keep a minority stake, according to the
paper.

Morgan Stanley raised its target price to 19.2 euros from
