Spanish stocks - Factors to watch on Feb 19

Feb 19 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday.

for their accuracy:
    
    BANCO SANTANDER  SAN.MC 
    Spanish bank Santander will do various investments amounting
to over $2 billion in Mexico during the next three years, the
company's Executive Chair Ana Botin said on Tuesday. 
    
    TELEFONICA  TEF.MC  
    Telefonica plans to raise up to 2.7 billion euros ($2.82
billion) from asset sales, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported
on Wednesday.
     
    CELLNEX  CLNX.MC  
    Cellnex told unions it plans to cut 250 jobs in Spain, or
about 9% of its payroll in the country, Expansion reported late
on Tuesday, citing unnamed union sources.
    
   INDRA  IDR.MC  
    Indra said on Tuesday it had entered into an agreement with
Katim, a cybersecurity company from the United Arab Emirates, to
market mobile communications solutions.
    
    ENDESA  ELE.MC  
    United Arab Emirtates' Masdar, a green energy investment
vehicle, is preparing the purchase of a second renewables
portfolio from Enel Green Power Espana, Cinco Dias reported on
Wednesday, citing several sources close to the operation.
    
   INMOBILIARIA COLONIAL  COL.MC  
   Societe Fonciere Lyonnaise  FLYP.PA  said on Tuesday it set
merger exchange ratio with Colonial at 13 Colonial shares per
each SFL share.
    
    METROVACESA  MVC.MC  
    Metrovacesa reported on Wednesday its 2024 net profit was
15.9 million euros and said it expected full-year 2025 gross
operating cashflow to surpass 150 million euros.
