March 14 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be

    RBC cuts the rating of Red Electrica to 'sector perform'

    Ferrovial  FER.MC 
    Ferrovial will negotiate with Maryland to get the contract
to build a highway with an investment of 3 billion euros ($3.21
billion), according to newspaper El Economista.
    
    Almirall  ALM.MC 
    Almirall will open new subsidiaries in Sweden and Norway in
2023, El Economista reported on Tuesday.
