Spain's stock market regulator CNMV has authorized a bid
launched by Italy's MediaForEurope (MFE) MFEB.MI to acquire
the remaining 44.31% of Mediaset Espana it does not already own,

Spain's stock market regulator said on Thursday it has
authorised the partial voluntary takeover bid for Metrovacesa

UK's National Highways as preferred bidder to upgrade A303 via
