Indra said on Tuesday it completed the purchase of Park Air

IBERDROLA IBE.MC
Avangrid, Iberdrola's subsidiary in the United States, has
decided to terminate the power purchase agreements it had signed
for Park City Wind as it considers that the conditions agreed do
not guarantee its economic viability, Spanish newspaper Cinco
Dias reported on Wednesday.
TELEFONICA TEF.MC
Telefonica plans to close 108 low-occupancy workplaces in
Spain and relocate 266 employees, Spanish online news website El
Confidencial reported on Tuesday.
METROVACESA MVC.MC
Carlos Slim, who controls Spanish construction company FCC
and Realia, has acquired new shares in Metrovacesa, bringing his
stake in the company to almost 21% and thus becoming its
second-largest shareholder, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias
reported on Wednesday.
URBAS UBS.MC
The company is preparing to issue bonds and notes for up to
250 million, as reflected in the two programmes registered in
the Spanish alternative fixed income platform MARF, with the
first issue depending on the market situation, Spanish economic
newspaper Expansion reported on Wednesday.
