Metsera jumps on reports of Novo Nordisk's sweetened bid

** Shares of drug developer Metsera MTSR.O rise 12.9% to $80.60

** According to media reports, Novo Nordisk has once again sweetened its bid for obesity drug developer Metsera in an attempt to top Pfizer's offer

** Earlier this week, Novo revised its offer to up to $10 billion, while Pfizer bumped its offer to up to $8.1 billion

** The value of the new offer from Novo could not be established

** Including session's moves, MTSR has more than doubled since its stock market debut in January
