Novo Nordisk says offer for Metsera adheres to restrictions under Pfizer deal

COPENHAGEN, Oct 30 (Reuters) - Novo Nordisk NOVOb.CO said on Thursday that it had adhered to all restrictions under the Pfizer merger agreement in its unsolicited offer for drugmaker Metsera MTSR.O, and that the value of its proposal far exceeded Pfizer's offer.
