Pfizer files second lawsuit against Metsera, Novo Nordisk

Nov 3 (Reuters) - Pfizer Inc PFE.N said on Monday it has filed a second lawsuit against Metsera MTSR, its controlling shareholder, and Novo Nordisk NOVOb.CO in a Delaware federal court, accusing the Danish drugmaker of anticompetitive conduct.
