Mettler-Toledo falls on Q4 revenue miss due to shipping delays

** Shares of medical equipment maker Mettler-Toledo
International  MTD.N  falls ~2.1% to $1,199
    ** Co's quarterly revenue fell 12% to $935 mln, missing
analysts' average expectation of $958.40 mln - LSEG data
    ** MTD says its sales and adjusted earnings per share were
negatively impacted by unexpected shipping delays
    ** Co forecasts annual profit between $39.60 and $40.30 per
share, compared with its prior range of $39.10 to $39.80
    ** Including session's move, stock down 21.9% in the last 12
months
