Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

 

MHA (AIM: MHA), a leading professional services provider of audit and assurance, tax, accountancy and advisory services, plans to announce the results of its underlying business for the year to 31 March 2025, on Thursday 14 August.

 

Analyst Presentation

 

Rakesh Shaunak, Chief Executive Officer, and Steve Moore, Chief Financial Officer, will host an in-person analyst presentation at 9:30 a.m. on the day. Any analyst wishing to attend is invited to register by emailing mha@almastrategic.com.

 

Investor Presentation

 

The management team will also be hosting a live investor presentation on Friday 15 August at 2.30 p.m. via the Engage Investor platform.

 

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event or at any time during the live presentation.
