Declaration of Second Interim Dividend

 

MHA (AIM: MHA), a leading professional services provider of audit and
assurance, tax, accountancy and advisory services, is pleased to announce
that, in line with the policy set out in the Company's Admission Document, the
Board has declared a second interim dividend of 1.0p per share, to be paid on
28 April 2026 in respect of the year ending 31 March 2026. The ex-dividend
date is 2 April 2026 and the associated record date is 7 April 2026.
